Joseph L. Hubbard, Jr.
Joe Hubbard has been an associate with Webb & Eley since 2007. His focus is on civil defense, and he has represented many county officials, including sheriffs and county commissioners, in state and federal court. Joe also works with county agencies to develop policies and procedures that help prevent the cost and inconvenience of litigation.
In addition to his civil defense work, Joe represents a number of individual and corporate clients in employment and contract matters. He has represented clients before the Alabama Supreme Court, the Eleventh Circuit, and the United States Supreme Court. Joe’s experience has given him the opportunity to work with several committees in the Alabama House of Representatives, including the Standing Committee on Public Safety.
Joe is married and has one child. He is a member of the Episcopal Church of the Ascension.
