Jamie Kidd

Jamie Kidd joined Webb & Eley in January of 2008 after working with the Alabama Department of Public Health as an assistant attorney general. She has considerable experience navigating the State and Federal administrative processes, and can assist health care providers not only with the details involved in running their businesses, but also with the unique challenges posed by the ever-changing regulatory environment. In her practice she regularly advises and defends employers in both the public and private sectors on a variety of employment law issues, including claims made under state and federal anti-discrimination laws. Jamie also defends law enforcement agencies and officials in matters including excessive force claims and jail facility issues.

In addition to her defense work, Jamie also provides training on employment policies and procedures to all levels of employees, and has participated in the rule-making process for several administrative agencies.
