Gary L. Willford, Jr.

Shareholder Gary Willford joined Webb & Eley in 2002. Gary represents law enforcement officials who have been accused of alleged civil rights violations, a focus which is served well by his own law enforcement background. Gary is heavily involved in appellate work relating to law enforcement and local government claims.

In addition to his work in the courtroom, Gary works with policy makers in drafting law enforcement policies and procedures, conducts legal issues training for patrol officers and jail staff, and provides general legal advice to law enforcement supervisors.

During his 16-year stint in the United States Army, Gary served as Detachment Commander during Operations Restore Hope and Continuing Hope in Somalia. He is married and has four children.
