Daryl L. Masters

Daryl Masters is a founding partner and shareholder of Webb & Eley. Daryl’s law enforcement background, which includes stints on the faculties of the Alabama Law Enforcement Academy and the Alabama Corrections Academy, helps him bring a unique perspective to his management of the firm’s law enforcement and governmental agency litigation claims.

In addition to those duties, Daryl maintains a full slate of appellate work, which includes more than thirty published opinions and two cases before the United States Supreme Court. Daryl also acts as Webb & Eley’s primary attorney in advising nonprofit organizations, and works on cases involving insurance defense, civil rights defense, and construction law.

Daryl is married and has three children. He is proud to work with The Alabama Sheriffs’ Youth Ranches, the Alabama Historical Association, and the Montgomery Kiwanis Club.
