Chip Bankston is a shareholder of Webb & Eley. Since joining the firm in 1994, Chip has built a practice representing banks in consumer and commercial transactions. He also represents clients in matters of insurance defense, collections, bankruptcy, creditors’ rights and other areas of banking law. Chip also regularly represents county officials and government agencies in state court.
Chip is a member of the Alabama Defense Lawyers Association and the Defense Research Institute. He is married and has one child. He attends Montgomery’s First United Methodist Church.
